The Fine Arts Film Festival Santa Barbara – July 15-17, 2016 – with indoor and outdoor venues, including 70 entries in art and dance entered from around the world.  A Sampling of selections: Frass, Magenta, Molet & Molet, Authentic Dance, Pillars of Light, Behind the Wall and Kanter’s Circle.  The festival will include shorts, documentaries, narratives and experimental films, plus discussion groups.
